1. Introduction

Welcome to Gathrify — a mobile application designed to simplify event and ticket management for hosts, ticket owners, vendors, check-in staff, and attendees. By using our app or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities while using Gathrify.

2. Overview of Gathrify Services

Gathrify provides two main sections within the app:

Event Section: Allows account owners to register events, manage details, and add up to two event hosts per account. Event hosts can view and manage only their assigned events. Each event includes unique access links for Event Hosts, Vendors, Check-In Staff, and Attendees.

Ticket Section: Ticket creation is facilitated by Gathrify’s internal administrative system. Once a ticket is created, the Ticket Owner approves it within the app for sale. Ticket owners can view sales analytics, copy event links for ticket promotion, and generate access links for check-in staff.

Gathrify’s role is strictly that of a platform provider — not an event organizer or vendor.

3. User Accounts and Roles

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information,
  • Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials,
  • Use the app only for lawful purposes related to event and ticket management.

Roles on Gathrify include: Account Owners / Ticket Owners, Event Hosts, Vendors, Check-In Staff, and Attendees. Each role has limited access within the app as defined by Gathrify.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Misuse the app or impersonate another person,
  • Attempt to bypass security systems or access areas not intended for them,
  • Use Gathrify for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities,
  • Reproduce, copy, or redistribute the app or its components without authorization.

5. Payments and Ticket Sales

Payments (where applicable) are processed through trusted third-party payment providers integrated into the app. Gathrify is not responsible for any payment disputes between event organizers, vendors, or attendees. All purchases, refunds, and ticket sales are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, Gathrify may occasionally experience downtime for updates or maintenance. We are not liable for any loss caused by temporary unavailability.

7. Intellectual Property

All app content, branding, features, and technology are the exclusive property of Bigaz Technologies International Limited, a subsidiary of Bigaz Network International Limited. You may not reproduce, copy, or modify any material without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gathrify provides its services “as is.” We do not guarantee event success, sales performance, or continuous operation. To the extent permitted by law, Gathrify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are globally applicable but governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
